Following a decline in pupil numbers over a number of years Education Services will present a report to Cabinet proposing that the process to close Ysgol Rowen now begins.

Consultation has taken place between Governors, Parents and Local Authority, and it is likely that pupils from Ysgol Rowen will attend other local primary schools from this September.

We sold cakes outside Edwards of Conwy in aid of Cancer Research and raised £125.

As an end of term reward Mr Ryan came to our last lesson with his electric guitar.

The two pupils who attended the science workshop at Ysgol Betws y Coed presented their ideas to the rest of the class.

Two of our pupils joined two from each of our partner schools for a science workshop session at Ysgol Betws y Coed. They had lots of fun as part of the Creature Protection Society.

Our guitar group came second in the regional Eisteddfod.
